We were the handicraft online store based on "Oriental (Asian) Style" products with aim to share many of the unique ancient treasures which are inherent to the oriental cultural influence. Our products focus on uniqueness with one style one piece so each items are different.

How do I make an order?

How can I know the actual size of a product?
To help you when making decisions of an item will look good in your home all of our products are displayed with approximate size and weight details including size scale beside product pictures. These details can be found directly in the product detail page.

How can I search with the the effective key?
In order to make the most of our search facility, we do recommend that you keep the number of search words to their minimum. Using general keywords when searching is more likely to bring back results. For example, when searching for a Erawan Elephant to compliment your need items simply enter the words "Erawan Elephant"

What are OrientalEnlighten.com pricing rules?
We wanted to be able to offer the best prices and products specifically for our customers. The crafts which you see on our site are supplied direct from source which helps us to keep our prices lower, against other online stores.

How can I use discount coupon on OrientalEnlighten.com?
Simply putting in your coupon number in textbox which located at the top in Shopping Cart page. Our system will automatically discount your total price.

When will my credit card be charged?
OrientalEnlighten.com confirms payment from your credit card upon your confirmation of your order. This is when you click “submit” at the end of the checkout procedure.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The amount of time it takes for you to receive your order depends on your choice of shipping method and the delivery destination. Standard Post often takes between 2-3 weeks after dispatch whilst more expensive methods such as International Courier have been known to arrive in just 3 days. Another factor in calculating the time orders take to be delivered is by the actual products you order. With some products, usually the larger and more expensive items, it takes us longer to procure the item and go through our strict dispatch checks. Please remember that all products displayed on this web site are hand made and to keep the cost of items low Local Origins’ does not store products in large quantities in warehouses. Therefore on some occasions orders must be specially made thus delaying shipment of an order. If this does occur Local Origins’ will inform you of such a delay in your (2nd) confirmation e-mail, detailing the reason for such a delay and the expected timeframe for shipment of your order.
